See the Difference for Yourself

Step 1 — Understanding Your Site & Requirements

We begin by discussing your pitch layout, sport type, and marking requirements.

Once confirmed, our team transports the automated marking equipment to your facility, ready to carry out the survey.

This ensures the correct templates, settings and schedules are prepared before any work begins.

Step By Step

Step 2 — System Setup & Signal Checks

On arrival, we set up the robotic marker and control tablet and carry out connection and signal checks.

Once confirmed, the system automatically connects using GPS and mobile signal, ensuring accurate positioning across the pitch.

Our professional, water-based line marking paint is then prepared and the system is ready to operate.

Step 3 — Digital Mapping & Marking Design

Using the control tablet, we select the appropriate marking templates and place them directly onto a digital background map of your site.

There’s no need for measuring tapes or manual calculations — layouts are created, adjusted and saved digitally.

Once stored, these markings can be re-used and re-marked consistently throughout the season, ensuring identical results every visit.

Step 4 — Marking Execution & Completion

Once layouts are confirmed and the area is clear, the robotic system begins the marking routine.

After completion, the equipment is cleaned, packed away and safely transported back to base.

Your pitch is left professionally marked, ready for use — with plans securely saved for future re-marking.

Another job completed accurately and efficiently.
